Quick Relief Deep Tissue
Need concentrated relief in a specific area but short on time? This 35 minute targeted deep tissue session focuses on a single area of tension, helping to release tight muscles and improve mobility. While one session won't "fix" everything, it provides effective relief and complements regular bodywork. Pressure can be medium or deep, depending on your needs, and cupping is always complementary for enhanced muscle relaxation.
Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside just for you. If you need to cancel or can’t make it, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer the spot to another guest. I understand life happens, so there is no fee for a first late cancellation or no-show. However, if it happens again, a $40 fee MAY apply (depending) and prepayment may be required for future bookings. Emergencies do come up, and I’m always happy to work with you when possible.
